Charming

"Once again, the dynamic duo of Madison Layle and
Anna Leigh Keaton has given us another glimpse into the
world surrounding the exclusive BDSM club, Incognito. I’ve
been following the series since the first book was released
last summer, and these two authors know how to seduce the
reader into their world.
I was pleased they chose to tell the story of Carl.
My curiosity was piqued in the previous book when Carl
and Kat were revealed and it was fun to bring back Carmen
from her cameo role in the first book, Seducing Olivia.
The entire series is a keeper and one I’ve recommended
many times to those who love the BDSM sub-genre. They
do an excellent job of portraying the lifestyle, the psychology
behind it, and reinforcing the rules of safe, sane and
consensual. I look forward to more stories from behind
the scenes at Incognito." ~ Quinn

"While the Incognito series centers around the
BDSM lifestyle, each of the stories in Madison Layle and
Anna Leigh Keaton’s popular series has brought a fresh
perspective to this genre, never failing to both surprise
and delight me! With Charming Carmen, we enjoy a story of
a totally inexperienced Domme and a submissive man, who
trains her in the ways of a Dominant, but finds the most
important lesson of all is one he must learn himself –
trust. Typically these stories will star an experienced
Dom with a new submissive, but I loved this very different
slant on a BDSM relationship, where the Dominant partner
must learn the ways of the lifestyle from a very experienced
submissive. [...]
Carl has slowly escalated in the Incognito stories
from minor character to supporting player until readers
were practically salivating for this intriguing man’s
story, and the authors did not disappoint us in Charming
Carmen. Carl shows that a submissive man is not necessarily
a weak man. I for one learned much about the motivations
a man might have for acting in a sexually submissive role,
and will readily admit that my perspective on this creature
has changed for the better.
That is something I can truly say about each of the
books in this series. Layle and Keaton always find a way
to teach me something new, both about this lifestyle and
myself. They succeed time and again in altering my perceptions
and making me think. While these talented authors continue
to provoke me in such ways, I will be first in line to
read their books as soon as they release!" ~

"CHARMING CARMEN is a wonderful addition to Madison
Layle and Anna Leigh Keaton’s INCOGNITO series. This
storyline had me running an emotional gauntlet and eventually
so dang happy for everyone involved that I couldn’t
put it down. I loved how the characters related to each
other and the respect which all members of the club seem
to have for each other. If you read COLLARING KAT then you
probably wondered about what would happen to Carl after
that story ended, I know I sure did! I adored him in that
story and fell in love with Carmen’s open loving personality
in CHARMING CARMEN. This book is a wonderful addition to
this series and I can’t wait to find out which of
the INCOGNITO members will be next . . . maybe Master Bastian?
I admit I’m dying to know what happens on his yacht."

"Where to even start? This reader has been fortunate
enough to read each and every installment of the Incognito
series. They only get better with each one. Charming Carmen
introduces a new character to the mix and offers a challenge
for Carl. Carmen is a delicate flower that needs nurturing
in order to bloom into the women she is destined to be.
Carl is just the substance she needs. Carl is a complex
character that is both unique and intoxicating. One taste
of him and readers will not be able to get enough. The depth
in character that Carl possesses is truly amazing. The chemistry
between them is instantaneous and consuming but is displayed
in such a tender, beautiful way that readers will feel the
need to shed a few tears. A story line laced with moments
that will make readers laugh, times of uncertainty, and
moments of devotion and compassion, readers cannot go wrong
with Charming Carmen. Madison Layle & Anna Leigh Keaton
continue to draw readers into a world they wish they could
experience for themselves. Readers will be thankful with
each turn of the page that they write in such a manner that
readers feel as if they truly are there. 5 Angels and Recommended

"Charming Carmen is sexy and very captivating. Here,
the woman is the Domme. Carl is the submissive and it makes
a nice departure from the other Incognito stories. Carmen
is a woman on the brink of discovery throughout this story.
She learns new facets about her personality, her sexual
tastes, and her desire for control. She is a strong woman
but has only recently discovered those strengths. For Carl's
part, he sees a woman on the brink of something and he wants
to be a part of it. It is not easy for him to leave his
comfort zone, the pretenses he has put up for so long, but
he does it for Carmen and for the chance of something wonderful
between them. I have to say, the ending in particular was
pure grace and emotion. I felt Carl and Carmen did a great
job of handling themselves and this story ended on a very
high note but not necessarily the clichéd marriage
and babies ending. Carl and Carmen are only just discovering
each other and their own personalities to an extent, and
this book welcomes that discovery with fluid prose, smart
love scenes, and two characters that leave indelible impressions."

"Madison Layle and Anna Leigh Keaton have done it a
again, written a wonderful story with great characters I
hope to see again in their Incognito Series. Carmen has
just quit her job and ended a bad relationship. Then she
wins the two days of pampering by Carl. Carl can’t
believe the woman he spied from the stage has won him in
the charity auction. He decides its time for him to have
a Dom of his own and Carmen is the one he wants. I enjoyed
reading this story very much and I loved how the authors
handled a story about a male sub. Carl was submissive to
Carmen but not weak. I also loved how the characters developed
trust for each other in Incognito :Charming Carmen."
